Price for Chrysler
Chrysler Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Chrysler cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of R 142 458. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 145 700 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -16 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from R 137 558,5 to R 115 257,5.
The average price for Chrysler has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2001 and 2005, the average price is R 37 635. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2001 (R 28 300) moving up till (R 50 000)in 2005. During the next two years (2006, 2007) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 181 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 130 728,25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2010, 2013) with a price of R 155 731,5.
The graph that displays the price for Chrysler cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200 000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 70 % more affordable than the average price (R 117 741). Next with a price of R 113 053 and a mileage range of "50 000 - 100 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "25 000 - 50 000". It is 70% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10 000" and a price of R 150 481.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Chrysler cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 45 % less expensive than the average market price (R 117 741) followed by "Diesel" priced at R 136 750. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 16 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs R 64 973.
