Price for Citroën
Citroën Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Citroën cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of R 344 028. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 348 607 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -12 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from R 325 984,75 to R 281 982,5 during February and March.
The average price for Citroën has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2002 and 2020, the average price is R 91 420,27. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2002 (R 32 000) moving up till (R 275 785)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 164 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 278 794,5) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of R 316 383.

They are 79 % more affordable than the average price (R 279 947). Next with a price of R 80 843 and a mileage range of "100 000 - 200 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10 000". It is 3% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10 000 - 25 000" and a price of R 268 073.

They are 66 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at R 94 343. Cars with the the highest price have 5 doors and are 4 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
