Jeep Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Jeep cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in February was of R 966 028. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 941 437 during March. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 953 732,5 to R 935 448,5. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (R 1 004 210) during June and July.
The average price for Jeep has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is R 229 357,95. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (R 58 996) moving up till (R 441 271)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 151 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 25 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 764 633,25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of R 954 443.
The graph that displays the price for Jeep cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200 000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 78 % more affordable than the average price (R 1 130 100). Next with a price of R 489 479 and a mileage range of "25 000 - 50 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10 000". It is 13% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10 000 - 25 000" priced at R 603 211.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Jeep cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 68 % less expensive than the average market price (R 1 130 100) followed by "Petrol" priced at R 636 725. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 44 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of R 356 591.
The graph showing the average price for Jeep cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 67 % more affordable than the average price (R 1 130 100). These are followed by those with 5 doors with an average price of R 476 328. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 56 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
