Price for Mahindra
Mahindra Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Mahindra cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of R 419 421. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 416 454 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from R 417 937,5 to R 439 760. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from R 428 848,75 to R 418 650 during February and March.
The average price for Mahindra has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2020, the average price is R 149 342. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (R 87 900) moving up till (R 218 075)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 68 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 16 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 297 177,75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of R 343 359.
The graph that displays the price for Mahindra cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200 000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 79 % more affordable than the average price (R 421 018). Next with a price of R 176 114 and a mileage range of "100 000 - 200 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10 000". It is 12% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50 000 - 100 000" priced at R 265 125.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mahindra cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 53 % less expensive than the average market price (R 421 018) followed by "Diesel" priced at R 334 476. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 21 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of R 198 917.
The graph showing the average price for Mahindra cars displays those with 5 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 49 % more affordable than the average price (R 421 018). These are followed by those with 2 doors with an average price of R 261 409. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 12 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
