Renault Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Renault cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in August was of R 433 592. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 439 446 during September. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 436 519 to R 427 946,5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from R 432 232,75 to R 427 411,5 during December and January.
The average price for Renault has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is R 88 280,66. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (R 26 890) moving up till (R 232 353)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 198 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 15 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 311 016,5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2019, 2020) with a price of R 358 775.
The graph that displays the price for Renault cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200 000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (R 430 363). Next with a price of R 173 277 and a mileage range of "100 000 - 200 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10 000". It is 6% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10 000 - 25 000" priced at R 292 300.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Renault cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 25 % less expensive than the average market price (R 430 363) followed by "Petrol" priced at R 393 680. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 9 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of R 324 486.
The graph showing the average price for Renault cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 72 % more affordable than the average price (R 430 363). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of R 156 449. Cars with the lowest average price have 5 !doors and are 33 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of R 168 223.
