Tata Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Tata cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of R 102 569. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 99 944 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 101 256,5 to R 98 880. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from R 100 068,25 to R 97 450,5 during February and March.
The average price for Tata has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2005 and 2014, the average price is R 44 347,8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2005 (R 19 000) moving up till (R 66 963)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 75 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 6 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 82 244,5) and the the last two years that were studied (2017, 2018) with a price of R 86 811.
The graph that displays the price for Tata cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200 000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 65 % more affordable than the average price (R 98 227). Next with a price of R 62 520 and a mileage range of "50 000 - 100 000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "25 000 - 50 000". It is 11% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10 000 - 25 000" priced at R 86 397.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Tata cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 34 % less expensive than the average market price (R 98 227) followed by "Diesel" priced at R 119 974. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 22 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs R 65 037.
The graph showing the average price for Tata cars displays those with 5 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 43 % more affordable than the average price (R 98 227). These are followed by those with 4 doors with an average price of R 68 720. Cars with the the highest price have 2 doors and are 59 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
