Honda CR-V Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Honda CR-V cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of R 202 967. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 202 966 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 202 966,5 to R 199 608,5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from R 201 287,5 to R 181 419,5 during February and March.
The average price for Honda CR-V has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2017, the average price is R 142 779,7. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (R 102 000) moving up till (R 254 966)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 34 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 56 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 431 620,75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2024) with a price of R 672 324.
