Price for Mazda 2
Mazda 2 Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Mazda 2 cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of R 277 812. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 279 034 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 278 423 to R 286 515,5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from R 282 469,25 to R 273 674,5 during February and March.
The average price for Mazda 2 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2008 and 2020, the average price is R 106 276,55. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2008 (R 47 988) moving up till (R 151 522)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 105 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (R 266 730,5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of R 315 714.

It is 18% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "less than 10 000" priced at R 211 024.
