This price hardly went through any changes and remained at R 171 566 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from R 170 415 to R 163 142,5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from R 166 778,75 to R 150 240 during February and March.
