During November the price went trough a strong deflation till R 57 330. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -81 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 95 % with an average price of R 37 853 during the previous 4 months and R 74 000 during the most recent months in February and March.
